Get to know Caroline Sunley, the Owner of the company

SCTCleaners Meet The Team

Caroline founded SCT in April 2017 after her father’s passing and deciding to start a new life in Devon. Having been in the IT sector for many years she decided to return to her roots in the cleaning industry. SCT quickly expanded into a family run business; with a wealth of experience within the team.

Caroline says “Being a family run business, it enables us to be professional but maintain a personal touch. We love building relationships with our customers, who are always at the forefront of every decision we make.”

Caroline is very community focused and always endeavours to give back where possible. From experiencing personal loss and support from the North Devon Hospice she chose them to be SCT’s charity of choice 2019. Her energy and passion inspires the rest of the team to not only give up their time for the hospice but to also work hard and be passionate about what they do for their customers. Caroline has also made it their focus to help families in need, who just need a little helping hand and has given up her and her teams' time to help these families.

Our mission is to provide an affordable, yet highly reliable and trustworthy cleaning service to ensure "A Perfect Shine, Everytime".

We have a fantastic team of trusted and experienced cleaners; who have been personally interviewed, trialled and trained to the high standards required. For your total piece of mind, each cleaner is BDS checked and as a company we have both full public liability and the relevant insurances.

We offer a professional and reliable "change over" service prior to the arrival of your guests, so that you can enjoy a hassle free solution to your holiday let. We believe first impressions count and a well serviced property will encourage re-bookings and recommendations, therefore we have implimented quality assurance systems to maintain the highest standards and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on having excellent working relationships with both property management companies as well as individual property owners.

Meet The Team

Tracy General Manager Tracy has had a wealth of experience in managing Holiday Let changeovers due to her previous role as an Accommodation Manager for a large caravan park. Her organisational skills and attention to detail are a great asset to the business. Tracy is always keen to build relationships with each of our customers to ensure we can provide the best possible service. Tracy will be in charge of our new laundry unit coming in March 2019 so any questions regarding this service she is your lady.
Tori Supervisor Tori brings 6 years of cleaning experience / knowledge to the business after previously running her own cleaning company in Hampshire. She has a great eye for working out how long a job should take so our customers can be assured they will never be over charged. Tori is looking forward to managing our new rubbish removal service for holiday lets in 2019.
Lyn Supervisor Not only does Lyn bring years of cleaning experience to the business, she is a real team player and is always willing to help in order to get the job done. Being the mum of the team she also brings the motherly side in checking that we are well fed and watered on the jobs which is very much appreciated.
